The Study of Mechanical Behavior of Zinc-Base Alloy under High Temperature
By SEM, EDS, XRD and TEM. the metallurgical structure. the fracture mode and the metallurgical components of the Zn-Al alloy with different processing status and component were studied. The results showed that: for ZnAl alloy. after modification. the elongation is 10% - 13% increased ; with the temperature increased. the increased Al content. will lead to the increase of the tensile strength; in the structure of ZA27. after ageing for 60s. modulated structure were existed and at the process of aging. amplitude decomposition as the first process of precipitation were replaced by the process of grAln growth coursing in the end.
