A Mechanical Device in the Rescue Helicopter for Searching-Rescuing and Gripping Produced by Semisolid Ceramic Metal Composite
Helicopter industry is a promising industry. Although helicopters were developed and built for a long time. there were many problems that had not been worked out on any kind helicopter. A mechanical device for searching-rescuing and gripping is the crucial component of The Rescue Helicopter(TRH). This study was Almed at designing and producing the searching-rescuing and gripping device in TRH according to the law of bionic design. The device was made of SiC particulate reinforced aluminium composite that can give the outstanding performance. Because of some difficult in casting or deforming processing. semisolid processing appears to be an interesting alternative for forming metal matrix composite. The experiment shows that the device can be produced by semisolid technology and this would be energy-saving and high efficency.
