Foundries which use simulation software for compare filling and solidification processes with real process need intelligent. informatics system for collecting. searching. analyzing and comparing different simulation results. Average time for prepare technology is 1 -2 weeks. Of course it depends on many different parameters. To decrease that time and use hardware and software resources for other tasks we need to keep all simulation data like: animations. pictures. tables. set of parameters. charts. other files. etc. in dedicated. relational database system called SimulationDB. Using that system we are gathering specific information and building base of knowledge. To use the system we dont need special simulation software courses.
