The Types and Special Features of the V-Process Modeling Machine
The V-process modeling machine (VPMM) is the mAln part of the V-process modeling production line. VPMM has many types and each type has its own vriation from time to time depending the petucular design, but all designs have to follow the V-Process prinspal to be sure the system work proporly. Any VPMM must meet the requirment of the follow working procedures which nor, ally are film cutting, filming heating, model filming, coating and coat drying, sand box locating, sanding filling, vibrating, compacking, Alr vacumm and sand box lifting, ect. The decision of which type of VPMM could be used is affected by many facts. The mian facts are the number of products (or the tons of products) per year, castings the weight and shape, the buget of project, the local government policies for the industry, etc. In general, there are 3 types of VPmm, they are fixed stAlon type, shutter station station and turnable station type.
