Continuous Casting of Metal Hollow Profiles with Low Plasticity under the Condition of Complex Physical Fields Constrained

In order to manufacturer high-density, low plasticity of metal hollow sections of pipes efficiently, It could not simply follow the tradition of single casting ways and technological means, but open up a new way that metallurgy, physics and mechanics and other means integrating and compositing. Modifying the horizontal continuous casting equipment and mould so that the electromagnetic fields, ultrasonic field, and gravity field involved the temperature field above the superimposed and let it also involved in forming the hollow shell of the constrAlnts, then not only in appearance can be a continuous casting of arbitrary length, near-final-shaped hollow profiles, but also to achieve high performance and zerodefect, and tough, got the quality targets. Using the technology of Forming continuous casting hollow bars in complexphysics field constrAlned , we have begun mass-scale production of hollow profiles of cast iron, because of its superior quality and price-performance ratio, they are widely used in automotive engines like Dry Cylinder Liner/Piston Rings, sleeves used in rAllway vehicles, machine tools, oil drilling, metallurgical machinery, engineering machinery, chemical pumps, compressors and other industries.
