Theoretical study on morphology development through ternary nanocomposites

INTRODUCTION Over the last three decades, study on the morphology development in polymer blends has gained great interests, and a great deal of research works has been directed toward the morphology of binary blends especially the matrix/disperse structure. It is well established that the morphology in binary systems is strongly affected by blending history; composition; interfacial tension and viscosity ratio of disperse phase to matrix phase 1. However, in the recent years, more attention has been dedicated to the systems containing more than two components. In such systems, one can expect to observe more than a specific morphology, since two disperse phases will form in a matrix phase.
