A new gene network clustering algorithm based/tin minimum spanning tree

摘要：

The community structures in genome-wide gene networks are indicated to the gene functions. To study the gene communities in a specific cell type, a cell type specific gene network should be constructed. Then clustering algorithm should be developed to search the function-related gene modules. In this study, we proposed a new algorithm to implement the clustering in the large gene network.
