Autism Gene: A visualization web platform of autism-related genes
Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD) patients has increased dramatically these years. ASD has a strong genetic basis, it is associated with genetic disorders and may result from copy number variations(CNVs). The purpose of this work is to create AutismGene (www.cbi.seu.edu.cn/autism/home.php), a visualization platform of ASD-linked genes, which integrates abundant annotation information of ASD-linked genes. The content of AutismGene originates entirely from the public biological information of ASD and is organized to optimize its use by the research community. Our platform model can also be replicated to study other mental disorders.
