Differential regulation of proteins and protein interactions in rice under heat stress
Heat stress is a major abiotic stress limiting rice production in many areas of the world. Understanding mechanisms of rice adaptation to heat stress would facilitate the development of heattolerant cultivars for improving rice productivity. Changes in the level and expression pattern of some proteins may play an important role in rice adaptation to heat stress. In this paper, we reported the heat stress-reponsive proteins and stress-induced protein-protein interactions in rice by using SDSPAGE and Blue Native-PAGE (BN-PAGE) methods.
