Nowadays, the HIV epidemic has always put huge threatens on human lives and the steady development of our society. Hence it is of great need to endeavor into the investigation of fundamental biology of Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1 (HIV-1) along with anti-HIV drug design. The process of HIV intrude into the host cell became central issue in new drug design area.
