The Genome-wide survey of MicroRNA and Transcription Factor-NF-κB regulatory network from Bioinformatics

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are post-transcriptional regulators which bind to complementary sequences in the three prime untranslated regions(3 UTRs) of target messenger RNA transcripts (mRNAs). Nuclear factor kB (NF-kB) is a nuclear transcription factor that regulates expression of a large number of genes, acting at the transcriptional level. MicroRNAs and NF-kB are closely related to and may regulate each other in theory.
