Engineering and technical innovation process is a complex dynamic system. In every stages of engineering technological innovation decision-making process, the selection and applying of methods will affect the success or failure of the decision-making and innovation, we explains the meaning and processes of technological innovation projects, and build application model of engineering innovation process based on the integration of innovative approaches and decision-making method.
