Today, Smartphone occupies a more and more significant positions in our daily life, which often contains our important flies. Therefore, the File Encrypt Software based on smart phone becomes especially significant In this paper, a way to optimize me implement of the AES algorithm is proposed in connection with the specific environment of Smartphone.
