The Research of the CSR Appraisal to Bus Listed Companies Based on Factor Analysis

The performance of corporate social responsibility is increasingly becoming the focus of peoples attention. So we have to strengthen the appraisal and supervision of corporate social responsibility to those enterprises who have a significant impact on peoples livelihood. In this paper, we chose 10 bus listed companies who have a full disclosure of financial information as samples, selected 260 data, made factor analysis using SPSS software and build a model of corporate social responsibility appraisal, finally made scientific analysis and appraisal to various parts of enterprises production and management. This can help enterprises enhance competitiveness and promote innovation according to the comprehensive performance of corporate social responsibility, as well as to help stakeholders make economic decisions.
