the paper presents a third-party service software system in SaaS, which is defined as Virtual Sales Assistant. Virtual Sales Assistant is designed to eliminate misunderstandings between customer and SaaS operator, so that communication between the two sides can be more efficient and easier. It solves the problems of customers by shopping guide, track, tips, alerts, Q&A, advice for SaaS operator, it helps to Eliminate the differences and disputes between buyers and sellers, making the delivery and use of service or software in efficient and smooth manner.
