Research on the Image Capture Technology in the Video Screen
Video streaming is the core in dealing with the video technology, in most cases, the first step is to capture each frame in the video stream. This article describes the principle and function in video capture, introduces the video capture, the methods and technology of the screen shot, the principles and structure of video filters and video stored ,the three steps, briefly addressed the video capture function, thus can be achieved the basic method,the video capture can be expanded, to achieve more complex functions. The picture is obtained when the application is running.
