The implementation of general evaluation model in the e-government

摘要：

At first, in this paper AHP and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method are abstracted with Mathematics tools and packaged then evaluation index is filled by the system administrator with semi-automatic mode applying open database technology the filled data are related to the packaged algorithm. Finally the paper implements the evaluation based on B/S.
