Innovational Economy Current Situation & Policies Choice in Chinas Central Region Development
this paper, the basic ideas proposed by Central China, namely, the eastern manufacturing, the creation of the central and western recycling. Shows that the rise of the central region lies in vigorously promoting technological innovation, taking an innovative path of economic development in central region, the inevitable choice. A detailed analysis of what is innovation-based economy, as well as the main features of innovation-based economy, pointing out that innovation-based economic growth and innovative economic development of the difference. It then analyzes the six provinces in central status of an innovative economic development, and finally how to develop innovation-based economy from the point of view, for the innovative direction of economic development put forward some concrete suggestions for the development of relevant policy departments as a reference.
