Reconstruction of the Development Strategy of Hubei Tourism Industry Based on Value Innovation
Based on the concept of value innovation, this paper analyzes the existing strategic distribution of Hubei tourism industry and its value curve. By eliminating, reducing, increasing and creating the corresponding tourism element, the value curve of Hubei tourism industry is reconstructed. On this basis, this paper proposes the new strategic layout and the corresponding strategies to develope Hubei tourism industry.
