The Enterprise Ecological Planning Decision Model
Enterprise ecology refers that during a certain period the input-output relations of enterprises constitute general status. The ecological planning is to establish the new scheme of organizational survival statue under the specific time and environment. The ecological planning is an ideological system, which includes P2-I range, P2 brisk, P2-3 (investment and management) distribution. Based on the model of OK decision thinking, we build the enterprise ecological planning decision model. The purpose of the ecological planning is to promote organization in coordinated with the current environment, ensuring to realize the strategy, serving for the strategy.
