Preliminary Discussion of Low-carbon City Development in Hangzhou

摘要：

Based on the overall understanding of the concepts of Low-carbon Economy and low-carbon city development, this paper has reviewed the experience and practice of the low-carbon development of cities at home and abroad. The dominant problems and challenges in the process of low-carbon development in Hangzhou have been figured out and analysed, the relevant suggestions are put forward for the further development of Hangzhou City in a manner of lowcarbon emission.
