ERP System Supplier Selection Based on Risk Control

摘要：

To implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is conceived as one of the most important solutions for enterprises to improve management and competition. ERP system supplier selection (ERPSSS) is a key initial stage to complete the implementation of ERP system. However, there exist many uncertain factors in the process of ERPSSS. In this paper, we first built up a risk control evaluation index system, in which the risk was divided into 4 categories, namely, supplier strength risk, supplier implementation ability risk, software quality risk and Fee risk. Based on the analysis of the index system, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was then constructed. To verify the effectiveness of both the index system and the evaluation model, an empirical study was conducted. According to the evaluation results, people can easily get the optimal ERP system supplier in view of risk control.
