Analysis of Technology Innovation System Synergy Degree in Metallurgical Enterprise

摘要：

Some scholars have analyzed the synergy degree of economic and social system from macro perspective. But few scholars did the research on the synergy status of enterprises technology innovation system. Combined with practical features, the synergy degree of metallurgical enterprises technology innovation system is analyzed in this paper in four aspects: innovation functions interaction mechanism, resource integration mechanism, innovation process guarantee mechanism and diversified incentive mechanism. A synergy degree evaluation model is established to evaluate the synergy degree of a specific metallurgical enterprise. The research is of great theoretical value and practical significance in enriching the synergy theory, grasping relative problems in technology innovation system and developing management strategies.
