Evaluation on the Effect of Regional Innovation Under the Technological Talent Aggregation

摘要：

This paper divided China into four regions based on regional culture and determined the regions where technological talents gathered, and established the solid triple helix model on the effect from knowledge, technology and institution innovation. The research believed all the three innovationes can effect on leading roles in regional innovation effect, and each of them is essential; technological talent is the base of the effect of regional innovation, there is a positive relationship between the pros or cons of the regional innovation effect and the level of technological talent aggregation.
