Synergistic Relationship between Science and Technology Innovation Ability of Universities and Innovative City Construction
This article analyses synergistic relationship between science and technology innovation ability of universities and innovative city construction from four different parts: knowledge innovation of universities and innovation drive foundation for city, technology innovation of universities and independent innovation ability of city, talents innovation of universities and human resources innovation of city, culture innovation of universities and environmentally friendly innovation of city. Listing some construction of innovative city in foreign countries as example, this paper makes suggestion that increase the inputs into basic research, strengthen cooperation between educational and research association, bring up innovation talents and construct innovation environment, so as to improve the science and technology innovation ability of universities for innovative city construction.
