The Analysis of the Effect of the Organization Form of Industrial Cluster on the Innovative Action
Since the different organization forms of industrial cluster may bring out different modes of technology spillover, it affects the innovative power and innovative action of clustered enterprises. Firstly, the paper divides the industrial cluster, from the aspect of the collaboration between enterprises, into 2 organization structures: MSE fascicular type and grand enterprise leading type, and analyzes the competitive characteristics of different types of industrial cluster; by the help of a series of realistically meaningful setting data, indicates the effect mechanism of technology spillover on the innovative power of enterprises; further more, proves, through the game model between different enterprises, that the organization form of industrial cluster affects the innovative action of enterprises.
