Relation between Job Satisfaction and Work Performance Review

摘要：

During the academe, there are much study on employees job satisfaction and work performance, also discusses about the relationship are focused by many scholars, their opinions are different, but can be compartmentalized: there is a definite relation between employees job satisfaction and work performance; there isnt a definite relation between employees job satisfaction and work performance, even any relation. This article expounded detailedly those two kinds of relation and gave a further study, then advanced the way and foreground that the study would go to.
