Preference of Software Outsourcing Contracting Enterprise of Electric Power Training Based on Matlab

摘要：

Using matlab as tool, this article puts forward a method of combining entropy and PROMETHEEIT to rank software outsourcing contracting enterprise of electric training system. That is to say, the arti le employs entropy to determine different indexes weight, and ranks contracting enterprises with PROMETHEE II. On the basis of investigation, it provides 5 evaluation indexes to measure and choose contracting enterprises. Finally, it takes certain electric power training as an example to analyze deeply preference problem, showing the effectiveness of such method.
