A Study on the Strategy and model of Enterprises Knowledge Management Based on the Two Technological Modes

摘要：

Under the new technical condition, Knowledge management is becoming the power source of enterprises competitive advantage. In this paper, the basic theories of technology innovation and knowledge management are overviewed. On the basis of this, the contributions of the both for enterprise development are analyzed. And the strategies and models of knowledge management based on the exploratory technological innovation mode and exploitative technological innovation mode are put forward.
