The Strategic Option of Green Supply Chain Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Decision-making

摘要：

The Fuzzy Compound Decision is being widely used in our real life, it can solve the problem can not be quantified and standardized, and the similar problems often occur in the green supply chain management. In this paper, we apply the fuzzy comprehensive decision-making to the green supply chain management, on the basis of SWOT analysis mode, we make comprehensive evaluation to green supply chain, help enterprise managers understand and master the internal and external factors, analyze their own business environment, in order to make strategies for their business survival and development.
