The Innovation Business Model of Blogs: Crowdsourcing on Web Content Producing
This document has proposed an innovation business model, to use crowdsourcing to assist blogs website capturing value. With the concept of crowdsourcing, the paper focuses on innovative business model in three basic functions: market segmentation, value proposition and strategic positioning. This paper reveals the blog content produced by consumer groups, the value of producers and consumers to obtain, and the three targeting modes of blog-web.
