The Design and Implementation of Web-Based EPC Innovative Management Informationization
EPC project management takes design, procurement and construction as a whole to organize implement In recent years, it has a great promote and gains gratifying achievements. However, we have to recognize that there are still lots of shortcomings. This paper presents how to use the computer technology to realize informationization, standardization and routing of EPC project management on the questions that leaks exist in organizational structure and job responsibilities, program files, operating guidance documents, workbooks and computer application, etc in the project management process of our many general contracting companies in which the majority is still using traditional means and methods and lack of advanced engineering computer management system. We still make use of RDB to manage and store management routing, so it can promote the efficiency of EPC project management.
