Research on Combination Policy of Information Transmitting Channels in the Visual Angle of Topologic Homotopy

Explain the information management process with mathematic analysis to the channel between senders (information resources) space and receivers (audiences) space. Prove homotopia relation is equivalent relation. Instead and combine the channels in homotopia audiences space considering some elements such as cost, speed, convenience, etc. The managers should select better index tools and transmitting channels which can benefit them. Provide a widely selecting scope to information managers with channels product & compound. One channel can be instead with an equal value one, and the unequal ones should be distinguished. It can deploy information resource effectively and make best management result.
