Numerical Simulation on Low-pressure Ejectors Performance Influenced by Pressure Fluctuation
The low-pressure ejector is an important part of gas combustion equipment. As a result of pressure fluctuation in gas pipeline network, the ejectors working pressure will change irregularly. Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, gas flows in low-pressure ejector under different pressure are simulated. The result shows when the gas pressure is increased, the total pressure in low-pressure ejector increases, the static pressure decreases, the gas outlet velocity increases and distributes more unevenly, the ejectors ejecting coefficient and primary air factor increase and the error between the simulation value and theoretical value is less than ± 8%.
