Fuzzy Decision and Qualitative Reasoning System for Military Problems Discussion

摘要：

The fuzzy decision and qualitative reasoning system, consisting of three subsystems, was developed for solving complex military problems. Meanwhile, operating flows of the software system were confirmed. One method of controlling discussing process by four steps, i.e. weight setup, questionnaire investigation, fuzzy voting, and theme discussion, was put forward to organize questionnaire process and avoid emanative reasoning. The example shows that the system can develop effectual study on complex military problems.
