Stationary Efficiency of Coevolutionary Networks with Binary Node States: an Inverse Voter Model

The primitive definition of global.efficiency Egiod, of a network is essentially based on shortest path length and widely used in problems! from many fields. It is a measure for connectivity of static graphs. To characterize coevolutionary flow networks with binary node states, we present an inverse voter model as an example to show how to measure stationary efficiency with the order parameter. New continuous phase transitions represented by the density of inert links, i.e., short range order complementary to stationary efficiency, are revealed by analytic approach of master equation and numerical simulations. A set of scaling relations are obtained and the spareity of networks is explained in terms of efficiency, which gives valuable hints to improving performance of complex systems.
