Study on Calculating Amount of Returns on Investment for Wastewater/Backwater Pipe Network Construction

摘要：

The construction of wastewater/backwater transmission pipe network bears a big financial pressure. The original financing mode for the construction is unscientific. As a perfect mode for pipe network financing and construction, BT mode utilizes annual pipe network cost converted value method to make a scientific balance of the interest relations between the investor and the government and perfect the financing price of the project.
