Reference in International Experience of Housing Industry Technology

摘要：

After World War II,along with the huge demands for housing,some foreign countries developed domestic industrialization rapidly,there are two main reasons: firstly,traditional construction is behind the huge housing demand,the labor shortage situation,unable to meet the needs of large-scale construction;second,post-war recovery and development of national economies,technologies continue to enhance the development for the housing industry to provide the necessary economic and technical base. In the housing industry development process,combined with their national characteristics,each country selected a different path of development. Therefore,it also provides us experience.
