Analysis of Common Disasters of Central Urban District and Emergency Management Countermeasure

Central urban district is the core and source power of the city development Once the disasters take place in the district,the influences often spread to the country and even all over the world quickly. Based on the analysis of common disasters of central urban district,some suggestions and countermeasures will be given in this paper.
