Economic Law Ideal Should Be Consulted in Revising Mine Safety Law

摘要：

The current situation that mine safety law is out of date,the occurrence of many mine safety accidents which lead to revise mine safety law is necessary. Economic law ideal should be consulted in mine safety law because of the relationship between mine safety law and economic law in nature,the function of economic law ideal and the purpose of mine safety law.
