Management of Urban Underground Space Disaster Early Warning Mechanism

摘要：

The urban underground space for the common Accidents disaster mechanism is analyzed,explicitly proposed the establishment of underground space management system to reduce the hazard warning,disaster prevention point of view. Early warning mechanism on the main contents of management,the establishment of organizational management agencies,a risk assessment system,the preparation of emergency plans to build early warning management system,to achieve early warning of management.
