On the Prevention of Financial Service Outsourcing Risks
Financial service outsourcing is currently an important form of trade in financial service. Driven by Chinese governmental active initiatives, financial service outsourcing industry in China has been witnessed a rapid development. However, the ignorance of risk management in financial service outsourcing and prevention will affect the outsourcing industry in Chinas long-term development. This paper analyzes the financial service outsourcing risks from two perspectives and points to the potential new risks brought about by the financial service outsourcing in addition to the risks of leading to outsourcing failure. The corresponding preventive strategies and recommendations are proposed.
