The Assessment of Library Knowledge Service Based on the Value Engineering
Knowledge service has the characteristics of all-around dynamic services and helps users to solve practical problems. Further, it can provide users decision-making with depth advice and technical support. Then, how to effectively evaluate the knowledge service becomes an important problem on its developing way. The author stands on the view of VE, using both the qualitative and quantitative methods to advocate a scientific and rational library knowledge services evaluation.
