Research on Training Risk Management of Technical Personnel in Construction Enterprises

摘要：

With more and more emphasis on risk management, research on training risk management is of great significance. This paper identifies the risks of training by means of questionnaires and statistical analysis methods, and confirms the main risk factors faced by technical personnel in construction enterprises. In addition, an index system of risk management is also established, which lays a solid foundation for training risk management to be implemented in enterprises. Meanwhile, this paper expatiates on control strategies about training risk involving technical personnel in construction enterprises.
