An Analysis of Technological Innovation Capability through Patent Information: the Case of Guangxi Non-ferrous Metal Industry

摘要：

The availability of free patent databases on the Internet offers a mass of free patent information to us. In this paper, we use the patent information to analyze the technological innovation capability of Guangxi non-ferrous metal industry revealing the problems faced, and then putting forward some counter-measures.
