Research on Foreign Exchange Risk Encountered by Enterprises during Their Overseas Development

Financial crisis brings challenges to enterprises, as well as opportunities. Overseas development is not only rare development opportunity for many enterprises but also an important preoriented government policy. However, in such a changing international market, they may also encounter a variety of risks during overseas development. In exporting goods or services, fluctuation of foreign exchange rate, foreign exchange for inability of free conversion and commodity prices. To analyze, identify and assess the risk are the first for enterprise to control and manage the risk.
