Economic Analysis of Coal-fired Power-Plant-Residue Reutilization

摘要：

Based on the 3Rs (reduce, reuse and recycle) principle of the circular economy, and general understanding the current status of the solid residues generated from the power generation process quantitatively and qualitatively, the economic analysis was conducted. The dominant factors which are sensitive and easily impacted by the governmental intervention with the help of the policies were figured out. It was clearly concluded that the positive reinforcements (subsidy and tax exemption, etc.)should be combined with the negative stimuli (penalty and fine, etc.)to motivate and incentivize desired enterprises behaviors in the residues reutilization for coal-fired generation power plants.
