Evaluating Regional Technology Innovation Capabilities:An Empirical Study in Shanghai

摘要：

Based on the concept of regional innovation systems, combined with previous research and empirical data, this stud-y focuses on creating technically innovative evaluation system for regional technological innovation. Using the method of principal component analysis, it evaluates the regional technology innovation capabilities of 18 districts and counties in Shanghai, and analyzes the internal reasons and results of regional technology innovation. It aims at providing policy recommendation for regional innovation of various regions.
