Business Management Integration Based on Strategic Restructuring: A Case Study on Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group

摘要：

The paper studied business management integration based on strategic restructuring with the case study method. Firstly, the paper made literature review, pointed out that management integration determines the success or failure of restructured Group, then analyzed the management integration of Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group, on this basis draw some useful conclusions for reference.
