The Niche Form of Route Construction to Optimize Competitive Cooperation Relationship of Exhibition Enterprises
This article is based on business niche form to conduct the research on optimized method of exhibition enterprises competitive cooperation relationship. According to current condition of exhibition industrys overlap relations, via optimal evaluation model, the article constructs route for optimizing exhibition enterprises competitive cooperation relationship from 4 aspects, i. e niche expansion, separation, consolidation and symbiosis. Exhibition enterprises need to cut down the lowefficient index of business niche; to maintain and consolidate the advanced business niche index; to adjust constantly until to reach a real firm business niche. Optimized relations of exhibition enterprises will be a benign competitive cooperation status to complete supply chain of upstream and downstream then get a systemic competitiveness.
